We're Scott and Rachelle Kelch. When we tell people what we do for a living, we always get the answer "ah, that's just the dream job isn't it?" and yes, it absolutely is!
We've been operating as an official Idaho liquor broker since 2011 and we still get that giggly feeling (the alcohol probably helps) when we meet talented individuals who want to bring their ambitious and delicious spirits to the Gem state. There's nothing we love more than to give brands that Idaho service and sense of adventure that the Gem State is known for.
You've got some great product, we've got a lot of Idahoans who would love a taste! Whether you're in the Pacific Northwest or the Everglades, we'd love to bring your best beverages to the state of Idaho.
Owned and operated by Washington natives AJ and Jamie Temple, Temple Distilling has been specializing in gin for the past 5 years. Applying culinary techniques such as their bain marie still to gently heat only the finest botanicals, their Chapter One London Dry and Navy Strength gins will cause you to rethink what craft gin can be. While a truly Pacific Northwest affair, their ginfluence comes from British roots and the polished flavor profiles really show.
There's just something about a refreshing gin cocktail at this time of year! Enjoy this classic summer drink, crafted with Chapter One Gin.
Directions: To make the syrup, combine 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water in a saucepan, heat until sugar is dissolved and then remove from heat and let cool. Can be stored in the refrigerator for about a month.
To make the cocktail, combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker, shake, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Feeling something a little stronger? Swap the grapefruit juice for Pamplemousse, a grapefruit liqueur, and use our Chapter One Navy Strength gin in place of the London Dry. It's practically guaranteed to keep the scurvy away!
